In 2019, we released the APS Strategic Plan: 2019, which laid out key priorities for addressing our challenges and opportunities. We launched the Innovation Fund to solicit and support creative ideas that align with priorities outlined in the strategic plan. APS formed a new standing Ethics Committee to oversee our ethics policies and to develop educational materials. Additionally we launched the Inclusive Graduate Education Network to is expand the successful work of the APS Bridge Program throughout the physical science community. APS also began an effort to create a comprehensive guide to Effective Practices in Undergraduate Physics Programs (EP3) that spans all aspects of the curriculum.
