Seonwoo Kim

Seonwoo Kim is a graduate student in astronomy at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she studies galaxy evolution using spectroscopic data and simulations. As an international woman in physics, she is passionate about building supportive communities for retention in academia, as well as the everyday realities of graduate school, such as finding work–life balance and mentors.
