Neha Pachauri is currently working as a Manager (App Dev Engineering) at Amazon, where she leads a team focused on developing automated solutions for Amazon's third-party sellers. With a background in physics and over a decade of experience spanning materials science, process engineering, and manufacturing, she brings a unique combination of technical expertise and operational excellence to software process automation. Prior to Amazon, she held senior engineering roles at Intel Corporation, in dielectric thin films group. Neha earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Physics in India, followed by a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Alabama with a focus on epitaxial spinel ferrite films.
