Jelena Berenc

Jelena Berenc is a nationally exhibiting artist who holds a BFA and MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at City Colleges of Chicago. Her work has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions across the country. In addition to her studio practice, she has delivered lectures within both the artistic and scientific communities. Berenc’s information-based work philosophically deconstructs fundamental concepts of reality to challenge how we observe, perceive, and connote our observed.
