Presented by Prof. Stephen Inkoom of the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission and the University of Ghana, the talk will discuss advances in education, training, professional recognition, and workforce development across the continent, as well as the efforts of the Federation of African Medical Physics Organizations (FAMPO) and international partners to strengthen capacity, research, and clinical practice. The webinar will also explore current challenges and opportunities for expanding access to high-quality medical physics services and supporting healthcare innovation throughout Africa.
