The coffee hour will feature Brian Tibayan, a PhD candidate in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Idaho, who is studying the influence of empathy-based applied improvisation on the improved communication of STEM graduate students. Brian will lead coffee hour participants in an empathy-based improvisation exercise and discuss how trust manifests in different forms of communication.
