JNIPER Coffee Hour about the Landscape of Informal Physics Education Programs

This coffee hour was led by Bryan Stanley and Dr. Katie Hinko from Michigan State University. They shared an overview of findings from their research on the landscape of informal physics education programs, including the central role of physics students and staff. They presented a new framework about the ways informal physics education programs operate and then facilitated a discussion with the audience about how this framework might be useful to program leaders and volunteers.
