Getting a Kick Out of Physics

On June 17 and 18, the Science & the Arts program at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York sponsored an unusual outreach event: they brought science-related booths to a commercial street fair. Physics was demonstrated amidst vendors of sweaters, corndogs, kielbasa and crafts.
